Hawaii Tea Factory Brings Tastes of Hawaii to the World Tea Expo
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) March 22, 2006 -–
Tea is known to offer many beneficial properties, offering health, peace of mind, and now – a vacation. Hawaii Tea Factory, in booth 913 at the World Tea Expo, takes visitors to the Hawaiian Islands with teas that highlight authentic Hawaiian flavors, straight from the Islands.
Hawaii Tea Factory offers three varieties of tea, each made from traditional tastes found in Hawaii. Maui Mango is a sweet black Ceylon tea blended with the flavor of ripe Hawaiian mangoes and a hint of licorice root. Passion Fruit offers a gourmet black tea blended with native Hawaiian passion fruit. Pineapple Herbal Tea infuses the flavor of zingy sweet local pineapple with hibiscus, rose hips and licorice root to create an exotic decaffeinated herbal tea.
Tea does not grow native in Hawaii. The owners of Hawaii Tea Factory scoured the tea-growing regions of the world to locate a high quality tea that would blend naturally with Hawaii’s native flavors. The search led them to Sri Lanka, where Ceylon tea is grown. The Sri Lankan Ceylon, considered to be some of the finest tea in the world, was blended with natural extracts from Hawaii’s native fruits. The result is a true taste of Hawaii – one that allows tea drinkers to escape on a mini tea vacation.
Hawaii Tea Factory is a homegrown business, owned and operated by locals in the heart of Lahaina, Maui. Brothers Brad and J.D. Sheveland, Maui natives, run the company, maintaining a reputation for high quality and unsurpassed flavor. Hawaii Tea Factory is one of the only tea producers in the Hawaiian Islands.
